We looked at a few different realtors when looking to sell our $900k lake home property on Tainter Lake in Menomonie. In the end, we narrowed it down to 2. One who had many years of experience, and was very impressive. And Tyler – while he only had one year of experience, his level of enthusiasm and motivation was unbelievable. Tyler made such a great first impression that my husband and I both agreed he had what it takes to sell upper end homes, we could sense that having less experience was not going to be a problem.. We were totally right- Tyler stayed on top of everything, his interpersonal skills and sales ability would make even the most experienced and best real estate agents green with envy. In less than 2 months, Tyler brought us an offer for our full asking price – and it has since sold. Tyler is polite, honest, reliable, thoughtful, kind, intelligent and motivated in ways you rarely see anymore. His work ethic is second to none. He is very down to earth and humble, which I suspect is why he is so great with every personality type he encounters. Tyler is just a natural “people person”. At the closing, I told him that I honestly believe in 5 years from now his name is going to be the gold standard for real estate agents in this area. You absolutely could not go wrong if you choose this young man to sell your property. We did not know Tyler at all before choosing him to be our agent, this review is not biased in any way, shape or form. Tyler did an incredible job, and truly did earn an incredible review.
